At ArtMillwork Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted home decor and woodcrafts. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most standard items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original ArtMillwork packaging to ensure the delicate woodwork is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
